add_ace group.admin command.c3rconfig allow

The in-game config editor

/c3rconfig lists every value in c3r's config files, grouped by file, with each value's comment. Change one and it's written back into the file over just that value, so your comments and layout stay as they were. Lists (the police stations, a unit's crew) can be added to, copying their last entry, and taken from.

A change is live at once for everyone. Keys and command names only change after a restart of c3r, and players who already joined keep their own keybinds.
