Getting support

Support happens on the CODE3RESPONSE Discord. Check these docs first: most questions are already answered here, and reading is quicker than waiting for a reply.

#What to include

Help comes faster when the first message has everything:

• What you did, what you expected, what happened. "I pulled a car over and pressed E, nothing opened" beats "E doesn't work".
• The exact error, copied from the server console or F8. A screenshot is fine if you can't copy it.
• Your version (from the changelog or the release you installed) and which add-ons you picked.
• Your server.cfg start order: the ensure lines for oxmysql, ox_lib and [c3r_core].
• Anything else on the server that touches police, traffic or peds: another police job, an AI traffic script, a ped density script.

#Ideas and bug reports

Suggestions and bug reports are welcome on the Discord too. A bug that comes with steps to make it happen again gets fixed first.

CODE3RESPONSE is free and licensed CC BY-NC-SA 4.0: use it, share it and fork it with credit, never sell it. Servers that sell their own perks may run it. See the licence page.
